- Payment goes to your connected PayPal account 14 days after you upload the test.
How to Start
- Apply as a contributor on UserTesting’s website and connect your PayPal account.
- Complete your profile so you’re matched to relevant tests.
- Answer each test’s screener questions honestly to qualify.
- Think out loud the whole way through and complete every task.
- Check your dashboard often, as tests are taken quickly.
Good to Know
- Customers can ask for a refund if they’re unhappy with a test, which cancels your payment, so clear and detailed feedback matters.
- Tests arrive irregularly, so this works best as a top-up.
